Job Title : Senior Project Manager / Program Lead

Location : 100% Remote (Preference for On-Site; Candidates must commit to on-site visits for key project milestones. Remote candidates must be based in Canada.)

Project : Shared Health - Mental Health and Addiction Program Transformation

Project Overview :

We are initiating a new Program Transformation project at Shared Health, focusing on transitioning networks, systems, and services from non-Shared Health systems to Shared Health. This high-visibility project will play a critical role in enhancing mental health and addiction services.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the project from initiation, setting the foundation for successful delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, budgets, and timelines.
Identify and manage project milestones and deliverables.
Maintain and update risk logs, ensuring proactive risk management.
Utilize MS Project for tracking and reporting project progress.
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.
Ensure the project meets all regulatory and organizational standards.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Project Manager / Program Lead in large-scale healthcare transformation projects.

MUST have prior experience working with Shared Health Manitoba.

Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, scoping, budgeting, milestone tracking, and risk management.

Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

On-site availability is preferable. Remote candidates must be willing to travel for key project milestones.

Experience in Mental Health and Addiction program management is a plus.
