INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW
A complete application must be submitted, consisting of a résumé and screening questions which clearly demonstrates how you meet each specified criteria.
The screening questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and the résumé will be used to substantiate the information provided.
Also, the ability to communicate in writing may be assessed through the screening questions. Candidates are therefore to answer them with complete sentences.
The information provided during the application process must enable the Selection Board Members to understand HOW (clear explanation of duties), WHEN, WHERE (employer and geographic location) and for HOW LONG (date and length of time in months or years) the experience was acquired.

Intent of the process
The purpose of this announcement is to create and maintain an inventory of candidates by accepting resumes on an ongoing basis.
Applications will be drawn from this inventory on a regular basis to meet immediate needs.
Note that physical presence is required as telework is not offered on a full time basis.
Some positions may require 100% in-person presence.

EXPERIENCE
Experience working with a computer and using various software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook

ASSET EXPERIENCES
Experience working with EXCEL software such as (but not limited to) : creating tables, using formulas, using cell formats.
Experience in dactilography.
Experience in digital operations (high volume digitizer).
Experience in a production environment.
Experience working in a warehouse.
Experience performing administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) : accounting, managing supplies, organizing inventories.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
