As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for : Actively approaching and interacting with customers in retail settings to identify their needs and offer tailored product solutions. Showcasing our products and services effectively, demonstrating their benefits, and addressing any customer queries on the spot. Implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets through exceptional in-person customer service and upselling. Working with your team to develop and execute strategies that enhance the retail experience and drive sales growth. Keeping informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to better serve customers and stay ahead in the market. Accurately tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels to ensure efficient operations. We are looking for someone with : Experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred). Eagerness to enhance your sales skills and contribute to our success.
