We are a startup company created in 2018 seeking to disrupt the established century-old industry of electrical motor control. We are based in downtown Montreal (H3J 1S9) where the majority of our team operates. We are scaling up our team and are seeking a few amazing individuals who can share our vision of building a fantastic product that will save energy and be used by millions.   • If you’re passionate about power electronic design;
  • If you’re an expert in testing, troubleshooting complex electronic design;
  • If you want to work with a small, dedicated, and effective team.

You should be passionate and knowledgeable about :

  • Inverters, WBG, VFD
  • Hardware design electronic boards of any technologies : IoT and power.
  • Electronic troubleshooting, with power electronics knowledge.
  • UL certification of product
  • And if you’re familiar with motor control, all the better.

    • And this is what we’d expect of you :

  • Test and validate power electronics;
  • Debug electronic systems down to the component level;
  • Assist hardware team during design;
  • Support production and other departments in relation to your products;
  • Interface with the software development team to ensure optimal solutions are selected.

    • Experience requirements :

  • Inverter, WBG, VFD (5 years)
  • Electronic board design (5 years)
  • Electronic troubleshooting (5 years)
  • UL certification of product (2 years)

    • Language requirement

  • English : professional
  • French : professional

    • Interview process

    The hiring process for this position will consist of 3 interviews :

  • 1st interview with HR representative - 20 minutes via Google Meet - General discussion, confirmation of interest
  • 2nd interview with the department’s head - 30 minutes via Google Meet - General technical discussion
  • 3rd interview with your future colleagues and supervisor - 1 hour on-site - In-depth technical discussion + tour of the office

  • We expected people to come a majority of their time to the office
