IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire a SALES / SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for Alberta. (Heavy Truck / Trailer - Parts & Components)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking an industry expert in truck / trailer components to call on and service fleet customers, distributors and trailer manufacturers.

Working from home, this position covers the Alberta region as the company's key contact. Provided is a truck with a well-organized slide out for demonstration along with ample support from product specialists and engineering, allowing the incumbent to focus on account management and training for distribution channels.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Industry Experience is key for this position. Must have knowledge of truck / trailer components and sales experience calling on one or more customer groups : OEMs, distributors, or fleet owners.
  • 5+ years Sales and Service experience in the Heavy Truck / Trailer Industry with a solid understanding of the truck, trailer, aftermarket parts, and fleet channels
  • Graduate of a Marketing or Technical Degree program
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and

relationship building skills, and be comfortable and confident with a diverse cross-section of clientele

Project management software expertise, including scheduling and budgeting tools.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Sales Force
  • Must be okay with significant travel as this position will have you in the field 65-70% of your time.

    This position offers a base salary in the range of $100,00 per year, plus a bonus based on performance.
