GENERAL :

  • Translation of documents from English to French / French to English which are to be sent to the Sub-Executive Committee Officers, Districts, Branches, and any other external destination in the Province of Quebec.
  • Updating Branch address / Officer changes on the computer database; photocopying and distributing notices as required.
  • Updating Branch elected officers in accordance with changes as advised by the Branches.
  • Place orders and track supplies when needed.
  • Answer telephones and direct calls when required.
  • Answer emails and telephone and direct queries as appropriate

Assist THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WITH Administrative tasks :

  • Take minutes at all meetings, transcribe, and distribute them to Elected Officers.
  • Any other task as requested by the Executive Director.
  • OTHER TASKS

    Poppy Campaign orders from branches and public

    Manage the Poster and Literary Contest

    Support event organizing and other marketing events.

    Command Newsletter (Mailchimp experience but not necessary)

    Permanent position, full-time, 5 days / week
