Bar Manager
The Bar Manager contributes to the success of Banff Hospitality Collective by overseeing the operations of the bar and is responsible for managing inventory based on demand and cost targets. Maintaining stock, avoiding extra carrying costs, and ensuring the bar is run in a smooth manner with focused priority on safety, drink quality, hospitality, and leadership are the primary responsibilities of the position.

What You’ll Do :
Oversee and manage all areas of the bar and use your discretion to create and uphold bar procedures and policies, ensuring alignment with company standards and legislationSharing your knowledge is a must! You'll be training and coaching bartenders, and building server product knowledgeLead by example. Working alongside the bartenders, focusing on hospitality and positivityManage inventory volumes to business levels, and ensure ordering, receiving, storing, and processing invoices are completed in a timely mannerCreates, trains and maintains a drinks menu that is well-suited to the food menu, that evolves seasonally and with trends, ensures a good guest experience and maximizes salesEnforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the bar areaEnsure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal / provincial / local laws, and ordinancesMaintain professional restaurant image, including bar cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standardsLike us, you’re proud to be a part of BHC and so you have a strong commitment to BHC brand and team cultureWhat You Have :
