The Role :

As the Account Manager, you are responsible for effectively supporting and managing client accounts by anticipating and responding to client needs, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, supporting account managers, coordinating project timelines, fulfilling scopes of work, and supporting the execution of marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Act as the liaison between the client and our internal team
  • Manage client accounts including client onboarding, project management and client communication and updates
  • Coordinating internal teams depending on project scope and client needs : digital, copy, design, communications, & creative
  • Project management, including revisions, meeting coordination, approvals
  • Liaising with creative teams, operations team and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly
  • Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
  • Fostering positive client and internal relationships
  • Coordination and execution of general requests in the daily running of the account
  • Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information and assets
  • Working creatively with clients to solve industry challenges and business problems
  • Identifying account growth / up-selling opportunities to the sales team
  • Other duties as required

A little bit about you :

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or a related field is preferred
  • 1-3+ years experience working in account coordination is preferred
  • Experience working in a marketing agency is a major asset
  • Strong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficient in G-suite, Slack and social media platforms , Twitter / X, Facebook and Instagram

  • Competitive salary : $60,000-$70,000 (based on experience)
