As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UniUni, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Key Account Manager to uphold UniUni’s high industry standards. You will assist in addressing key client concerns, ensuring seamless issue resolution, and maintaining strong business relationships. Additionally, you will analyze and prepare reports to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your contributions will directly support UniUni’s commitment to excellence in the logistics and e-commerce sector, helping the company sustain its reputation as a trusted leader in last-mile delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond and follow up clients’ enquires regarding parcel status, complaints.
- Monitor the status of parcels (track and trace), and report to Key account customers.
- Prepare weekly KPI Delivery / Dispatch Rate Performance reports.
- Report and follow up the parcels with problems of damages / missing order details / leakages.
- Data analysis and finding the root cause for corrective actions based on tracking & tracing reports from key account customers.
- Prepare weekly billing invoices / statements and send to customers weekly, follow up on any late payment issues.
- Review and process claims from Key Account Customers.
Requirements
Related Work Experience
Experience in customer service, key account management, finance, or a related industry – Minimum 1 year required.Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics is a plus.Formal Education or Equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.Skills
