Cybersecurity & IAM Program Manager
Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid - with occasional hybrid onsite client visits)
Term : 6 months contract
Position Overview :
As a Senior Customer-Facing Program Manager, you will be a key point of contact between our organization and clients, responsible for managing and delivering complex banking programs. This role requires a proactive approach, top-notch communication skills, and a strong background in program management within the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of program objectives.
Program Management : Oversee and manage complex banking programs, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Proactive Approach : Anticipate and address client needs, offering proactive solutions and guidance to achieve program success.
Cybersecurity / IAM Expertise : While not mandatory, experience in cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation is a plus.
Hybrid Client Visits : Conduct occasional onsite client visits as needed to build strong client relationships and understand their specific requirements.
Communication : Exceptional communication skills are critical, both in managing client expectations and collaborating with internal teams.
