Position : North Sea Drillers

Location : Offshore Newfoundland and Labrador

About the Role :

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious North Sea Drillers for an offshore project. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience in offshore drilling operations and a commitment to adhering to industry-leading safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and maintain drilling equipment to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within tight schedules.
  • Monitor and control well parameters and equipment performance.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of drilling systems.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Previous offshore drilling experience required.
  • Certification in relevant safety and technical programs (e.g., H2S Alive, fall protection).
  • Strong understanding of drilling equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with drilling operation theory and practice
  • Knowledge of safe use of drilling equipment
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be able to successfully complete mandatory safety training, drug and alcohol screening, medical and meet all qualifications required for work and travel offshore, including physical ability to work at heights, or enter confined spaces
