Role : Jr. Business Analyst (Capital Markets)Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Business Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business analysis within the financial services industry, with a strong emphasis on capital markets. The role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to write and interpret SQL queries.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements within the capital markets domain.Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries to support business decisions and project requirements.Develop and maintain detailed business and system process flows.Assist with the implementation of technology solutions by liaising between business units and IT teams.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate the resolution of any issues identified.Provide ongoing support and training to users on new systems and processes.Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
