The Client Relations Specialist provides premier customer service to a portfolio of accounts, end to end management of portfolio from model year set up through vehicle activation and consultation regarding new-vehicle acquisition including policy, procedures, and media for order placement. This role also monitors activates across various teams to ensure a flawless delivery., as well as provide analysis, consultation and recommendations that support account development strategies.

A Day in the Life

Primary client contact & owner of the factory order acquisitions wing to wing process from model year setup thru delivery

Guides client through evaluation of models and manufacturers that best align clients overall fleet performance goals

Assists client with vehicle / specification decision-making

Works directly with Commercial including VP, AE, Sales, Consultants on account strategies

Engage with Customer Service Associate (CSA) to create and maintain Fleet specs

Creates LCCA, payment schedules & Price & Specs

Creates OEM comparisons

Make recommendations on best value packages & equipment

Research / resolves client inquiries on a variety of acquisitions related task from order placement thru delivery by engaging with other acquisition team

Interact with client’s OEM rep as needed

Keeps client abreast of OEM changes impacting their fleet

Client point of contact for Fleet Select and DLO training and inquires

Manages clients overall acquisition experience in accordance with the new-vehicle acquisition processes in conjunction with the Commercial and FPS

Create and maintain client specific Fleet Specs throughout the year and obtain approval

Requirements

College degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience)

3-4 years business experience with client contact preferred

Proficient use of MS office tools (power point, excel and word)

Industry experience preferred

Negotiation and analytical ability strongly desired

Able to influence (i.e., client behavior) with diplomacy; analytical skills; coaching ability

Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral / written)

Takes initiative; decision-making skills & problem-solving ability

Organization & time management skills

Detail and results oriented

Relationship-building skills (internal / external); resourceful and can ask probing questions to anticipate needs
