Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior point of contact for managing a portfolio of client businesses, fostering partnership-level relationships with senior and C-suite clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional commercial acumen by managing budgets, P&L, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and success metrics.
- Deliver business-first, measurable solutions that meet and exceed client expectations, driving organic growth and business development.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, high-performance, excellence, employee engagement and talent growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects with excellence, flawlessly delivering on time and on budget, ensuring integration across the agency.
- Identify strategic needs, develop actionable plans, and align stakeholders with sound business recommendations.
- Lead client and agency business initiatives and optimize staffing for success.
- Active contributor to the agency’s culture, upholding and championing the company’s Book of Orange / Values and Beliefs.
Key Qualifications
Post-secondary degree / diploma in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.10+ years of experience in a brand / marketing client-side role and / or in an integrated agency, with expertise in CX design, branding, strategy and communications.Strong commercial and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.Exceptional project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle complexity and competing priorities.Proven ability to build and expand client accounts through innovative strategies and relationship management.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including crafting compelling proposals, pitches and client presentations.Experience managing and mentoring teams with high integrity and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.Knowledge of integrated marketing across traditional and digital channels.Self-motivated, curious, and continuously learning.Ability to navigate large / complex organizations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders, successfully building and managing strong relationships.Seniority level
