ServiceNow Developer Administrator
8-10 years of experience in ITSM Area with minimum of 5 years in Servicenow
- Implementation experience of ServiceNow platform that includes the following
- ITSM
- Now Platform Features
- ITOM
- ITBM
- Integration Expertise with REST , SOAP and other custom integration methods using Orchestration or
- Integration Hub.
- Experience in managing and setup of Configuration Management using Servicenow Discovery.
- Good Exposure in Client Communications and Requirement Gathering.
- Able to Create High Level Design Document
- Able to identify areas of concern and mark areas of improvement within customers Servicenow
- landscape.
- Able to proactively pitch in with Proposals and Solutions which would look at adding value to customer.
- Understanding of broader spectrum of ServiceNow capabilities
- Keeping Aware with Latest upcoming Technology advancements in Servicenow and able to propose the
- same to customer.
- Experience with third party integrations
- ServiceNow scripting knowledge is also required.
- Experience in Cloud and Automation is a good to have
- Web Services integration (SOAP and REST)
- Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP).
- Experience in implementing systems using Agile Scrum framework
- Experience working with global teams
- Willingness to work in MDT Timings
- Entire Delivery will be in Agile Methodology so candidate should be abreast with Agile Delivery and
- should have exposure to Agile Development Module in Servicenow.
- Ability to provide thought leadership and work with customer leadership team on new or existing
- proposals.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Project / Vision and Powerpoint is an added advantage
- Good to have knowledge on following modules of ServiceNow
- HR Service Management
- Customer Service Management
- IT Business Management
- Legal and Facilities
- Asset Management
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification would be an added advantage
Requirements
Experience (Years) : 8-10 Essential Skills : Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, including customization and integration.
Guidewire certification is a plus.Other technologies of interest : Guidewire Cloud, Salesforce CRM, legacy modernization, and AWS.
Proven knowledge & architecture experience in, architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services, APIs), application integration, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, application architecture, distributed architecture, data architecture and modelling.
Proven experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
Can understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc.
Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a plus.Experience in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space.
