- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (no cold calling).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Utilize data-driven insights to understand market trends, customer needs, and workflow optimization.
- Present, promote, and sell AI-driven and data-focused solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Analyze client workflows and provide consultative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Track and report sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends using CRM and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Take the initiative to identify challenges in client operations and propose effective, data-backed solutions.Qualifications
- Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the dental industry or a tech-driven B2B environment.
- Previous experience as a dental technician or with dental industry workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, workflow automation, and CRM systems.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales and consultative selling.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations that highlight data-driven solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.Working Hours
