Job description

The Role

We are hiring an experienced Adobe Marketing Manager specializing in Analytics and Insights who has a solid handle managing Adobe Implementations to manage customer’s integrations and optimization of Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), and Adobe Campaign (ACC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), and Adobe Campaign (ACC).
  • Lead the integration of marketing technologies with other enterprise systems (Snowflake, SAS Marketing Automation, Analytics).
  • Manage and mentor a team of MarTech specialists, developers, and analysts.
  • Develop and execute MarTech strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer experience
  • Transform business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design / architect custom campaign data model based on requirements. Provide in-depth knowledge of solution integration between Campaign-AEM, Campaign-Analytics, Campaign-Target.
  • Work closely with marketing, IT, and other business units to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing technologies providing recommendations on performance improvements for running large, bulk campaigns.
  • Be familiar with various marketing automation platforms with experience migrating to Adobe Campaign suite.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to ensure effective use of marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience managing customer lifecycle campaigns using Adobe Campaign (ACC), Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) enhancing user engagement through segmentation and automated personalized journeys
  • 8+ years’ experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in MarTech, with at least 8 years in a Architect / Lead roles.
  • At least 7+ years’ experience with Architect Adobe Campaign v6 / v7 / Standard
  • At least 8+ years of technical hands-on experience on the Adobe Campaign
  • At least 8+ years of Integration experience integrating through API / Batch / FDA
  • Strong knowledge of integrating MarTech platforms with snowflake, CMS, and analytics tools.
  • At least 5 years hands on experience SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
  • 5 years of hands-on experience using SQL for data integration, enabling robust audience profiling and enhanced segmentation
  • At least 5 years hands on experience Programming experience (JavaScript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)
  • At least 5 years’ hands on experience working on Interaction server
  • At least 5 years’ hands on experience working on Message Center
  • Well versed with marketing operations, email deliverability
  • At least 5 years’ working experience with other Adobe experience products including Analytics, Audience Manager, Target, RTCDP (Ability to integrate AJO to 1+ years working with Workfront for project management and resource planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Understanding modern marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience on Marketo (Marketing Automation)
  • Prior exposure to other campaign platform UNICA, Aprimo Marketing Studio, ELOQUA etc.
  • Experience in front end technologies, HTML5, JS, Jquery and framework technologies (e.g. Spring / Hibernate / . LESS)
