We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Trapeze Mobility Planning and Scheduling (MPS) team. This role will support the ideation and execution of strategic marketing programs to drive awareness of Trapeze MPS solutions in the market.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with exceptional verbal and written skills, prior track record of executing on successful marketing campaigns, and a can-do, willing to learn attitude.
As part of a creative, energetic, and passionate team, you will :
- Play a vital role in the Trapeze MPS marketing team, developing and recommending strategic marketing programs, overseeing them from ideation and development through to reporting
- Support the creation of compelling and targeted marketing content, including emails, blog posts, web content, and case studies
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Marketing, Product and Sales teams to align marketing programs with cross-departmental objectives
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business3-5 years of prior B2B / B2G marketing experienceProven track record of launching successful marketing programs resulting in positive return on investmentProven skills in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or BusinessExperience with marketing automation systems is preferred (Marketo)PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
