We are a specialized search firm dedicated to placing top tier Legal & Compliance and Finance & Accounting professionals. Our service offers targeted placements for mid-to-senior level finance professionals, post-qualified lawyers and compliance professionals.BJRC Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Partners and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a strong ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities : Executive Support :

  • Provide direct administrative support to Managing Partners, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
  • Work with our recruiters on a daily basis to ensure all reminders and scheduled check-ins are completed.Client Relationship Management (CRM) Support :
  • Maintain and update the BullHorn CRM database with accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain the Jobs we have posted on LinkedIn and ensure that all postings and communications going out to the public are complete and accurate.
  • Ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and analyze data from the CRM to support business decisions.
  • Set calendar reminders and tasks related to client interactions and follow-ups.Office Administration :
  • Oversee general office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications :
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably BullHorn.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Benefits :
