This contract position will be responsible for business development, sourcing, evaluating applications, and providing shortlist of qualified (Interviewed, Tested, reference checked) candidates for each role based on the criteria established with the client at the beginning of the search.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients in the Auto industry
- Build and develop book of business, define needs and close placements.
- Maintain client relationship
- Follow up tasks and sales process
- Market quality candidates to prospective clients
- Participate in team Zoom calls
- Update CRM daily
- Conduct intake meetings with Clients to agree on qualification criteria of candidates to be submitted
- Source and contact passive candidates
- Ask Relevant questions
- Be flexible (there is no one perfect candidate)
- Look for unique answers
- Keep it casual, but get to the bottom of the issues
- Look for transferable skills
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Conduct initial interviews of candidates, provide short list of qualified candidates
- Network with candidates
- Screen Resumes and applications
- Continuously update clients on progress
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future opportunities
