Job description

This contract position will be responsible for business development, sourcing, evaluating applications, and providing shortlist of qualified (Interviewed, Tested, reference checked) candidates for each role based on the criteria established with the client at the beginning of the search.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients in the Auto industry
  • Build and develop book of business, define needs and close placements.
  • Maintain client relationship
  • Follow up tasks and sales process
  • Market quality candidates to prospective clients
  • Participate in team Zoom calls
  • Update CRM daily
  • Conduct intake meetings with Clients to agree on qualification criteria of candidates to be submitted
  • Source and contact passive candidates
  • Ask Relevant questions
  • Be flexible (there is no one perfect candidate)
  • Look for unique answers
  • Keep it casual, but get to the bottom of the issues
  • Look for transferable skills
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Conduct initial interviews of candidates, provide short list of qualified candidates
  • Network with candidates
  • Screen Resumes and applications
  • Continuously update clients on progress
  • Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future opportunities

  • Positive image of our company to guests from interactions
  • Ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of tasks and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Deliver Minimum of 2 placements per month
  • Bring in minimum of 30 candidates per month
  • Send out minimum 10 candidates per month
  • Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Excitement for helping team members create momentum and ensure auto careers group are delivering an exceptional service.
  • Prior demonstrated experience in business development
  • Strong knowledge of all MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word …)
  • Able to communicate effectively with people at different levels of hierarchy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated, energetic with a can-do attitude
  • Helpful and supportive spirit. Problem solver.
  • Professional attitude and presentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion.
  • Knowledge of Google docs and managing calendars
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills.
