This is a JR. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and tailored insurance solutions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with President, VP and Managerial teams to enhance product offerings and promotional strategies Ability to effectively design and implement strategies to improve workflow, operations and increase sales Stay informed about industry trends, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and ensure yourself and team is current on product knowledge.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE : (please read qualifications, due to the HIGH volume of applicants, only those with the noted requirements will be considered)Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal insurance sales and service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, or PL Team Lead Role.
