Compensation Package :

  • Base Salary : $70,000 - $75,000 per year
  • Bonus Earning Potential : Up to $15,000 annually, based on performance and achievement of key targets
  • Additional earnings up to $8,000 annually, depending on restaurant volume and service performance.

    • Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that every detail—from the service to the ambiance—reflects the unique blend of class and comfort that defines State & Main.
  • Inspire and guide a team of talented individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
  • Support the implementation of the wine program, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident in making recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor financials, manage inventory, and set operational goals that drive profitability and growth.
  • Engage with guests, building relationships with both regulars and newcomers, ensuring that every visit is memorable.
  • Innovate and elevate our offerings, whether through new service concepts or initiatives that keep our guests coming back for more.

    • Qualifications :

  • 2-3+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting.
  • Strong understanding of how to enhance the dining experience through excellent service and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
  • Passion for guest engagement and the ability to create memorable experiences.
