Sous Chef
Compensation : $80,000
Location : Winnipeg, Manitoba
Our client is a modern, upscale casual dining restaurant known for its globally inspired cuisine and stylish atmosphere. It offers a diverse menu that features fresh, quality ingredients and a welcoming, vibrant setting for guests to enjoy.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure perfectly executed kitchen operations through training, mentoring, assisting, and supporting kitchen staff member
- Interpret labor reports and keep all costs, including food, in line with budget
- Help with ordering supplies and raw food materials, making sure there is enough product for day-to-day operations
- Monitor and maintain sanitation & health department standards
Key Requirements :
