We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role is crucial in driving our business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Sprouse Fire & Safety

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the fire safety or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
