Promotional Products Customer Service Representative

Our client a promotional products company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their rapidly growing office.

Salary :

Base $60000 $70000 per year (depending upon ability and experience)

If your experience in Promotional Products is substantial at a Manager level significant additional compensation may apply.

Hours of Work :

Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

After training working from home in a hybrid situation is possible.

Location :

You will work in the office in Burlington fulltime for the first 12 months.

The position will transition to hybrid / remote over time.

The chosen candidate must have their own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to small medium and large international clients through phone and email.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle data entry tasks accurately while maintaining customer records.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
• Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Monitor demand and analyzing inventory data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs as well as website control.
• Preparing quotations and presentations for clients both virtually and in person.
• Handle inside sales responsibilities by responding to customer inquiries and maintain good relationships with customers vendors and logistics.
• Placing orders for various products and following up to ensure deliverables are met.
• Maintain effective and accurate storage of data both electronic and physical filing (as needed).

University degree or College diploma in Business (or related) is an asset. 3+ years of direct promotional products experience is required. 1-3 years of related account management or customer service experience is important. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). This will be assessed. Strong command of the English language is a must. Bilingual (English / French) is an asset. Ambitious and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Sales and customer service minded with great energy. People person. Flexibility to work with changing priorities.

Education
