Supply Chain Coordinator

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, a member of the Operations team, reporting to the Supply Chain manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while handling inbound and outbound order management to ensure on-time customer delivery.

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will create and maintain customer files and manage inventory, while being responsible for ensuring that all electronic communications with internal and external partners are clear, concise, and operating at maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Do :

• Maintaining customer websites
• Create worksheets to have visibility on production for next season
• Customer orders : load platform with inventory, process orders received, communicate with the distribution centers (DC), upload and / or update the inventory in the DC’s portal, processes new orders;
• Book appointments for all outgoing shipments on the customer’s Transport Management System;
• Keep track of incoming goods to ensure merchandise is arriving on time to meet customer order dates;
• Prepare DCs paperwork / instructions to ship on time and in full;
• Create bills of lading and packing slips;
• Create / print labels for the DCs;
• Process orders and invoices once the goods are shipped;
• Reach out to sales / buyers if there are any discrepancies with the orders received;
• Work with A / R to create Return Authorizations
• Tracks and reports On Time and In Full performance;
• Is accountable for inventory accuracy throughout all ERP’s;
• Processes B2C orders for both inhouse and external accounts;
