As an Integrated Producer, you will report to the Director of Video Production and work closely with our creative and business departments across the network, acting as an expert in the room on all things production. If you are creative, meticulously detailed oriented and a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then we want you to apply!

what you will do.

  • Lead productions across multiple integrated platforms bringing expertise, experience and innovative thinking to some of the world's leading brands.
  • Advise on production approaches, including outlining budget parameters, unseen opportunities, efficiences, and production partners to execute on the creative.
  • Be client facing and confidently work closely with client teams throughout the production process.
  • Entrepreneurial minded, continually looking for opportunities for process optimization, working closely with the Director of Video Production to find efficiencies across productions.
  • Be detail-oriented and meticulous with all logistical and financial aspects of production including project management, scoping, timelines, contract negotiations, cost tracking and reconciliations on budgets ranging from $10k-300k+ confidently.
  • Manage external vendors, crews, and non-union / union talent
  • Have a developed network of contacts, ideally both locally and globally
  • Passionate about production, innovative creative opportunities, new technologies and best-in-class work.

what you’ll bring to the table.

  • A background in a creative agency role, with other production experience advantageous (film & TV, production company, social content).
  • 5-7 years experience of live action video and print production, specifically across OLV, social, digital, print & radio.
  • Line production experience is advantageous.
  • Strong post-production knowledge, with experience working directly with editors, motion designers, colourists and more.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at once.
  • Deep understanding of the local production industry, as well as experience and existing relationships in other markets.
  • Experience in negotiating vendor contracts including production agreements, music licensing and talent contracts.
  • Understanding of local union mandates like ACTRA / UDA / SAG
  • Superb organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and PM software is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate and be a valued and respected member of the team.
  • Vancouver-based with flexibility to work extended hours and / or weekends to meet project deadlines (when necessary).

    Salary for this role is $65,000-75,000 CAD annually depending on experience.
