Following the major growth of Soft Tex pillows, we are opening a new position of adminstrative technician.Here are your main responsibilitiesHuman Resources section (50%) : Process and validate the pay for the employees; Answer employee’squestions about the pay; Follow-up absenteeism, holidays and social advantages for the employees; Ensure the registration of employees to the different benefits; Manamge employeesfiles; Follow-up the training of the employees.Adminstrative section (50%) : Support documentation relied to the customers; Receive the orders in the system; Prepare files forshipping team; Make transportation request through a computer-based system; Support administratively the accounting team.To be efficient as an admin tech, here are the requirements : Have an experience in pay processing (Asset if with Employeur D)Have an excellent structureBe ocnfortable with computer-based systems; Be bilingual (French / English)Why join us?We are a small management team : you will get to know all your colleagues; We are an agile organization with quick decision making; Collective insurance available after 3 months; Employee assistance program for you and / or your family.Work schedule : 40 hours / week.From 8 AM to 5 PM, but with flexibility for your personal life and family life.
