DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

Our client, Syntax , is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their dynamic team.

Reporting to the VP Corporate Development, the incumbent will have the overall responsibility of the Financial Reporting Team (FP&A) which comprises 12 global Finance professionals, including 3 direct reports working closely with the Regional and the Functional CFOs, and the Finance team from all of the Syntax regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Financial Reporting Team (FP&A).
  • Collaborate with Regional and Functional CFOs.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Minimum Requirements

  • Hold a recognized CPA designation.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems is required.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills in French and English, as well as strong presentation skills and great story-telling capabilities.
