Job Responsibilities and Tasks :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Deliver accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for tracking and analysis.
- Assist with troubleshooting common issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify customer needs and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better processes.
Skills and Qualifications :
Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred, but not required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a bonus.Salary : $33,720 – $63,769 annually (full-time) or $16 -$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
