and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Create and manage the assigned work package within the overall project plan including all components documents and reports

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Participate in steering committee and stakeholder forums

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Provide project and / or portfolio reporting to multistakeholders at senior executive levels

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Proactively identify risks and issues pertaining to the assigned work package; report the risks and issues to the overall Project Champions and the Portfolio Team. Identify mitigation strategies and responses to the issues and risks

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Adhere to OPS I and amp; IT standards and best practices for project management to facilitate control of system quality adherence to standard methodology and the control of the use of I and amp; IT resources

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Work with vendors to successfully negotiate and deliver mutually beneficial multiyear contracts for ongoing warranty maintenance and support of the technology such as the Computer Aided Dispatch application

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Ensure the development and the delivery of business cases where applicable (ie management board submissions) to seek approval for long term support and amp; maintenance contracts with Ministry vendors

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Manage stakeholders interests and expectations throughout the life cycle of the project

MUST HAVES :

10 years of experience with Project Management
