About the Position
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for supporting and facilitating the new homes sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling new residential homes
- Tour visitors through show homes and spec homes.
- Meet community and personal sales targets laid out.
- Attend all Sales meetings for information, direction, continuous improvement of sales strategies and sales team mentorship.
- Ensure the company cell phone is answered between 9am and 9pm Monday - Sunday.
- Ensure the Sales Center is opened and operational for all hours as laid out by Bedrock Homes.
- Engage and participating in the sales and marketing process.
- Register all sales center visitors into the Lasso CRM.
- Manage customer opportunities through the Lasso CRM.
- Demonstrate the Bedrock Homes Limited’s advantages and unique selling propositions
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Highschool or GED certificate required.
- One (1) or more years of direct sales experience preferred. New home sales desired.
- Previous experience in a role demanding greater customer satisfaction and sales target achievement preferred.
- Intermediate computer competencies, specifically with Microsoft Office, is preferred.
- A valid class five (5) driver’s license and personal reliable transportation is required.
