De Eccher Group, a leading Italian company in the construction industry operating worldwide, is looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join "The Surrey Langley SkyTrain" project in Vancouver. This project is a 16-kilometre extension of the Expo Line from King George Station to Langley City Centre. If you have a strong background in precast solutions and are ready for a dynamic challenge, we want to hear from you! 🚆✨

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of seven inspectors specializing in mould, rebar, and finishing.
  • Oversee the witnessing and documentation of each step in constructing the match-cast concrete segments for the Skylink guideway.
  • Ensure compliance with CSA Standards for Precast Concrete.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in segmental match cast construction and the CPCI precast concrete certification program (CPCQA).
  • Play a key role in maintaining the quality of precast concrete segments as the Quality Control Engineering Coordinator.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • At least 7 years of North American experience in precast quality control, inspection or production.
  • A demonstrated ability to build, lead and motivate a team.
  • A keen attention to detail in a highly audited technical environment.
  • A collaborative, flexible team attitude.
