Business System Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Capital Markets) for a Contract position with a client located in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally, The successful candidate will have strong recent experience with Capital Markets Projects and basic Linux command and experince with with different data formats such as XML and JSON . The preferred candidate in large Canadian Banking / Financial organizations.

Must-Have Skills :

• 8+ years experience as a business systems analyst on a technology team
• Experience with documentation and functional testing
• 5+ years recent and relevant experience with capital markets technology team
• 2+ years recent basic Linux command experience (e.g. grep function)
• Recent working experience with Excel

Nice-To-Have Skills :

Best vs Average : We are seeking a Capital Markets Technology Business Analyst (ability to understand financial statements and work with complex financial instruments from the technology side). Understanding of deployment pipelines, testing strategies, regression, SDLC, etc.
