Job descriptionInternal subject matter expert (SME) on all things quality related. Lead all aspects of quality management activities including training, document control, and audit of company procedures, processes, and practices for employee accountability. Conduct annual review of the Quality Management System (QMS) and update accordingly with changing legislative and business development requirements. Act as direct liaison for provincial / jurisdictional regulatory bodies for application and / or renewal of certification(s) and register procedures (inspection, repair, and alteration) in coordination with Engineering vendors. Point of contact for client quality representatives to ensure effective delivery of products and services. Review and approve all subcontractor / 3rd party vendors with pressure & safety code implications to Innovator QMS minimum standard. Develop project quality plans and ITP templates. Audit all QMS documentation for compliance and sign off. Establish and maintain an appropriate document control procedure (as per QMS) and repository on the IIS server. Update new revisions to Salesforce library for technician access (web portal).
Maintain CWB Level 2 and ISO 9001 Certification.
