S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to triage complex issues within a Salesforce & Java environment.
1-year remote contract, PST time zone
MUST HAVES :
- 5+ years troubleshooting tier 3 tickets i n either Salesforce and / or Java related applications
- Strong experience with application and integration support ( Web Service / Rest API / SOAP API)
NICE TO HAVES :
- Monitoring (Datadog, ELK, TICK, Prometheus, Splunk, SolarWinds, AppDynamics,)
- Database user background - Oracle / MySQL / MSSQL / PostgreSQL - should be able to write SQL Queries, update statements - be able to read statements for troubleshooting purposes
- Administration with : Linux, Windows, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
- Scripting - PowerShell / Python / bash
- Systemd / system component knowledge
- Application / System Administrative experience
- AWS / GCP / Azure experience
- Familiarities with : Apache Tomcat, Nginx, JBOSS, IBM Websphere
- Git, Docker
- Certificate management Windows & Java keystores
