Job Title : Insurance Advisor Company : Primerica Location : North York, ON Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary : As an Insurance Advisor at Primerica, you will be responsible for helping clients plan for their financial future by recommending and selling a range of financial products, with a special focus on life insurance, investments, and other financial services.
You will work to provide personalized financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, while also educating them about the importance of financial security.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Client Consultation & Relationship Building : Meet with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and aspirations.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and ongoing financial education. Offer customized financial plans, focusing on helping clients achieve financial security through insurance and other financial products.
2. Product Sales & Recommendations : Sell life insurance policies, retirement plans, investment products, and other financial solutions offered by Primerica.
Provide professional guidance on various financial products to ensure clients make informed decisions. Continuously evaluate client portfolios and recommend updates as their financial situations change.
3. Financial Education & Outreach : Conduct educational seminars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to educate clients and potential clients on the importance of financial planning.
Promote financial literacy and ensure clients understand how to manage their money, including budgeting, saving, investing, and protecting their income.
4. Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, insurance policies, and transactions using Primerica’s systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements when selling insurance products. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
Skills & Qualifications : Sales & Communication Skills : Strong ability to connect with potential clients, explain complex financial concepts in simple terms, and close sales effectively.
Customer Service : A passion for helping people and providing exceptional service. Financial Knowledge : Basic understanding of financial planning, life insurance, investment products, and retirement planning (training is provided).
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently to achieve targets. Licensing Requirements : It will be an asset if you have LLQP certificate but not required.
However, Primerica often provides training to help candidates meet these requirements. Education & Experience : Education : High school diploma or equivalent is typically required;
