Job Overview Miles HR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk for a minimum 3 month contract.
The ideal candidate is highly detailed oriented, accurate and is able to work effectively to meet deadlines.
You are also customer-focused, enjoy working in a team atmosphere, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Location : IN OFFICE Vancouver West Side Monday - Friday 9 : 00-5 : 00 Length of contract - minimum 3 months Pay - 26.00 / hr Starts right away!
Responsibilities Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Perform regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Assist in data collection efforts as needed, ensuring that all information is collected in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to manage data effectively.
Support clerical tasks as required, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Requirements Minimum 1 year recent experience in Data Entry.
Proficient in using office software, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with data entry systems and databases is preferred.
Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
