Responsibilities
Validate team accounts payable processing
Plan the processing of supplier payments, taking cash flow into account
Collaborate with management during month-end and year-end periods
Support data entry team in processing operations
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements
Qualifications
Senior accounts payable clerk required :
5-10 years experience in accounts payable processing
Advanced knowledge of English and basic knowledge of French
Basic knowledge of Excel and Office Suite
Has worked with ERP software (Sage 300, Accpac)
College or professional training in accounting or equivalent experience.
