Architectural TechnologistDesigner

Join us as an Architectural Technologist in Kelowna Architectural Practice. This role will expose you to working drawings ranging from mixed use commercial and residential highrise buildings. You will be a part of the team that will support with design development working drawings and detailing. The successful candidate will offer a robust portfolio of details and construction documents showing an array of projects and a holistic understanding of the design process. As the successful candidate you will be an outofthebox thinker with a talent for developing creative detailing solutions. Role Accountabilities :

• Prepare working drawings on a number of different projects using Revit
• Prepare documentation  design development building permits and tender packages
• Coordinate the architectural and engineering disciplines along with external consultants to produce high quality and wellcoordinated documents for construction

The salary range for this position is $60000 $65000 year (depending on years of experience and location).
