What You Will Do With Us

As the HRM Operations Manager , reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and warehouse product flow of the Dartmouth, Nova Scotia location. Your role will include :

  • Monitoring operating expense levels and ensuring corrective actions are taken to control / reduce costs in line with budgetary requirements.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in cooperation with the Branch Manager
  • Adhering to company policies and ensuring operational and administrative procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory.
  • Supporting the Dartmouth warehouse team.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety policies are always followed and demonstrating leadership in compliance.
  • Participating in annual audits, procedures (ISO standards), and safety initiatives.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer service experience within the branch.
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer experiences.

Who Are You

  • You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
  • You possess a good understanding of warehouse management systems (an asset).
  • You have product knowledge of the electrical business (an asset).
  • You have demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • You have a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
  • You are flexible to travel to assist with operational projects throughout the region.
