Regional Admin Manager

Clean Harbors is currently looking for a Regional Admin Manager. The Regional Admin Manager is responsible for the oversight of regional sites to ensure efficient operations.

The Regional Admin Manager ensures consistent utilization of all systems to include administrative processes, customer setup / configuration, quote and pricing setup, order setup, worksheet entry, third-party billings / entry, payroll entry, customer purchase order setup, and invoicing (Full Order to Cash process flow).

Promote "Best in Class" service and guarantee customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to customer requests.

Contribute to profit improvement by generating profit and key performance indicator reports, and proactively alert management to issues, assisting in their resolution. Why work for Clean Harbors?
