Location : Onsite 3x a week in London, ON

Rate : $40-$50 / hr

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (BA) to join a dynamic team for a large Higher Ed client in Ontario. This role involves managing and supporting various projects within the Technology department (migrations implementations and upgrades), and occasionally assisting with external campus projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical requirements gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Jira, Confluence, and a background in higher education or the public sector. Must-Haves :

• Strong experience in gathering requirements for technical projects (migrations, implementations, and upgrades) with a keen attention to detail, especially in cross-functional collaboration for application implementations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with higher leadership.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
