Administrative Assistant - Junior
Contract - 6 months
Remote (must be located in Alberta)
Pay : $17-$18 / hour
Hours : 8 : 15am-4 : 30pm (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities :
Proof and format system access documents.
Track records in Excel and create documents as needed.
Manage communications via phone and email.
Support contract coordinators with documentation, filing, and monitoring.
Review and process contract-related requests from the AHS Contracting department.
Provide system access and account setup for various online platforms. Requirements :
Diploma or certificate in administration, business, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, ideally in a procurement or contract management environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with procurement processes, records management practices, and Oracle systems is beneficial.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders.
