Job description

CSN Herbers West & CSN Herbers East  are looking for two dedicated  Collision Estimator  to join our team in Edmonton, AB . As part of Lift's commitment to excellence, this role offers the opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Overview / Responsibilities :

  • Utilize dealership and automotive repair knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
  • Collaborate with autobody technicians to ensure accurate assessment of repair needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair estimates, upselling additional services when necessary, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Accurately completes estimates according to company standard operations procedures for estimates and parts.
  • Ensures customers leave with a clear understanding of their insurance and are aware of any required deductibles.
  • Handle cash transactions related to estimates and repairs with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support sales efforts by effectively communicating repair estimates to customers and promoting additional services as needed.
