We are looking for an experienced Food Service Director to overseeand manage the food offering in our convenience store network. Do you havesolid experience in the ready-to-eat category and in the restaurant business?If you have a strategic vision and are known for your inspirational leadership,we're looking for you!

More specifically, you will be required to :

Assist category managers in optimizing sales, margins and promotionalactivities;
Supervise specialists on the road to ensure optimum program execution;
Analyze food trends and integrate new concepts;
Develop and roll out the ready-to-eat offer in the network;
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate with the Operationsand Marketing teams;
Manage, coach and develop staff to achieve objectives, while being anambassador for ready-to-eat and developing innovative concepts, such assatellite kitchens and restaurants.

Will you be our next Food Service Director?

You have a bachelor's degree in business administration;

You have at least 10 years' experience in the food sector;

You have at least 5 years' experience as a manager;

You have excellent interpersonal skills;

You have a very good knowledge of food regulations (MAPAC);

You have excellent budgeting skills;

You have a strong analytical mind, enabling you to evaluate and optimizeperformance;

You have good influencing, communication and negotiation skills;

You have a very good knowledge of French and English, both spoken andwritten (French is required to be able to communicate with our French-speakingteams and suppliers).
