Director of Cloud, Data, & AI Solutions

Job Summary : In today's rapidly evolving environment, organizations need to make data-driven decisions that deliver enterprise value. Our OnX Cloud and Artificial Intelligence practitioners design, develop, and implement large-scale data ecosystems, leveraging cloud-based platforms to integrate structured and unstructured data. We utilize automation, cognitive, and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios, and prescribe actions. By continuously optimizing our cloud infrastructure and providing As-a-Service offerings, we ensure ongoing insights and improvements to enhance operational efficiency. We assist clients in transforming their businesses by developing organizational intelligence programs and strategies, enabling them to stay ahead in their markets.Essential Functions : Lead a team of sales professionals and technical experts to drive revenue growth in cloud, data, and AI services.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud migration, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring high-quality implementation and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to leverage their latest technologies.Conduct pre-sales activities, including solution design, scoping, and estimation for large-scale projects.Provide technical leadership and guidance across the Cloud & AI team and engagements.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.Certifications : AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialist or Azure AI Engineer Associate preferredExperience : 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligenceSpecial Skills & Knowledge : Proven track record in sales leadership and complex project delivery.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in cloud platforms, data engineering, and AI / ML technologies.Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.Relevant certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional).Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices to ensure fair and unbiased model outcomes.Key Performance Indicators : Revenue growth and sales targets achievement.Customer satisfaction scores for delivered projects.Team performance and productivity metrics.Innovation in solution design and implementation.
