What does a Security Guard in Hamilton do?

Interior and exterior patrols

Long hours patrolling

Incident and crisis response

Monitoring of mechanical equipment

Monitoring CCTV

Access control, security escorts, response to calls for service

Monitoring mechanical equipment and after hour events

Emergency assistance, first aid or any other intervention

Detect, challenge and relocate unwanted persons

Evacuating the building in case of emergency

Dealing with public and trespassers

Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Hamilton

A valid security guard license and first aid card

Communication skills

Be eligible to work in Canada

Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Good with computers
