Transportation Engineer

Partner Staffing is currently working with our client seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transportation Engineer to join their dynamic team in Victoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning design and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects including roads highways bridges and transit systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and oversee transportation engineering projects from conceptual design through to detailed design and construction.
• Conduct feasibility studies impact assessments and traffic analysis.
• Prepare engineering drawings specifications and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with local provincial and federal regulations and standards.
• Participate in public consultations and stakeholder engagement processes.
• Prepare reports presentations and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications : Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in Alberta, or eligibility to obtain it. 3-6 years of experience
