Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you'll lead a team of two financial reporting analysts and four revenue specialists. You'll be responsible for ensuring the timely preparation of all external financial statements, overseeing revenue recognition, managing month-end financial close, and driving operational improvements across the company.Key Responsibilities : - Accounting Operations : Lead financial reporting and revenue teams, and oversee the integration of newly acquired companies.- Financial Reporting : Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS standards for all group entities.- Leadership & Compliance : Drive external audits, partner with the Accounting Manager to ensure efficient month-end closes, and continuously seek ways to improve financial operations.- Support for Major Projects : Provide financial assessments for new initiatives, guide teams to optimize financial performance, and track project costs and benefits to ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts.What You Bring : - Technical Skills : CPA designation and 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of IFRS, Microsoft Office, and Netsuite is essential.
